The last of the afternoon games has the ‘ladder-topping’ Geelong Cats playing 10th placed Western Bulldogs. This season’s form suggests that Geelong should win this comfortably – keep an eye out for what markets are available on this game. Saturday evening has two games, Essendon playing Freemantle at the Marvel Stadium, the Bombers will be favourites to win their 4th game of the season against the Dockers. In the other game there is a foot of the table clash as 17th placed North Melbourne plays the 16th placed Sydney Swans in Tasmania. The Swans have been slow starters in recent seasons and will be keen to ensure that they don’t fall too far off the top 8.
Sunday

Next up sees Richmond play Hawthorn at the MCG, the Tigers will be confident of continuing their good form of late in which they have won 4 out of their last 5 games.
